Full Job Description SHIFT:
4 X 10 Days Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00
PM Responsibilities:
Set up and operate automated manufacturing equipment including robotic systems, furnaces, laser cutters, welders, milling machines, and plating equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Perform machining, coating, welding, grinding, inspection, and material handling operations. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to maintain close tolerances. Load and unload materials using forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment. Complete quality checks, maintain production records, and support process improvements. Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all PPE and safety procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years of manufacturing, machining, CNC, or production experience preferred. Experience with blueprints, metrology, weld inspection, and electrical schematics. Ability to operate CNC/manual equipment and precision measuring tools. Basic computer knowledge required. Ability to obtain forklift, crane, and related certifications. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in production conditions involving noise, heat, chemicals, and PPE usage
