This role is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and documenting chemical production runs while maintaining compliance with SOPs and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working within a structured production setting. This is an execution-focused role centered on operational consistency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform system startup, operation, monitoring, and shutdown procedures according to SOPs
• Monitor pressure, chromatograms, temperatures, and other process parameters during production runs
• Handle solvents, prepare feed materials, collect fractions, and maintain organized workflow areas
• Record run data, document deviations, and communicate issues promptly to supervisors
• Follow all PPE, safety, and compliance procedures while maintaining operational awareness

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or process operation experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs consistently
• Comfortable working around chemicals, solvents, and industrial equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to document operational data accurately
