$40000-50000 / year Job Description The Role As a Production Operator, you'll be part of the team responsible for safely manufacturing and packaging high-quality chemical products. This is a hands-on role involving batch production, equipment operation, quality checks, and accurate documentation. You'll work closely with the wider operations and quality teams to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures and OSHA requirements. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and package chemical batches Safely handle and transfer hazardous chemicals Carry out in-process quality checks and complete production records accurately Operate production equipment and carry out basic troubleshooting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Support continuous improvement activities across safety, quality, and efficiency Skills & Experience Essential Experience in chemical manufacturing, batch processing, or industrial production Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and written instructions Safety-focused with a proactive and professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working under pressure and meeting production deadlines Desirable Experience working with batch sizes from approximately 2.5-5,500 gallons Familiarity with SDS documentation and hazardous material handling Experience with basic lab testing, including pH, titration, viscosity, or solids analysis Experience using Microsoft Office 365 or manufacturing software systems High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer Competitive salary 401(k) plan - 5% match 20 days' PTO plus 7 public holidays A collaborative, straightforward culture where good people succeed #DHIR26
