Are you a detail-oriented and dependable team player with a passion for customer service? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as an Operator at our Aurora location.

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately and promptly complete all logbooks and other daily record keeping tasks Complete required tests and record information for the dryer, distillation, evaporation, boiler chemistry, dehydration, cook, fermentation, and yeast Extract samples lab for analysis Check enzyme pumps Visually inspect and clean fermenters Watch grain bins being filled and emptied Ensure all areas of the plant are orderly and clean Assist in loading trucks and railcars

Working Hours:

Rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license Knowledge of grain handling systems Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team Basic computer experience
