SCHEDULE

Monday thru Friday; 8am-4pm Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to oversee the care and repair of sophisticated industrial equipment. This role supports a leading manufacturer of high-performance materials used in the electronics and aerospace sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep mechanical aptitude and a proven track record of maintaining precision machinery within complex processing environments.

Key Responsibilities Rotary Equipment:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rotary machinery including motors, pumps, and high-speed mixers.

Process Chemical Systems:

Ensure the integrity and safety of chemical processing equipment, including reactors and fluid handling systems.

Aerospace Maintenance:

Perform specialized maintenance on precision equipment and hardware used in the production of aerospace-grade components.

Preventative Maintenance:

Execute scheduled PM programs to ensure 100% operational readiness and minimize production downtime.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all industrial safety standards (OSHA) and environmental regulations regarding chemical handling and machinery operation.

Required Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Technical Skills:

• Direct experience with rotary and chemical process equipment. Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. Familiarity with the precision requirements of the aerospace or electronics industries.

Physical Requirements:
