This position is responsible for operating production equipment, handling raw materials, assisting with batch manufacturing processes, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate strong attendance, and are willing to learn and grow within the company. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Follow batch instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures. Charge reactors, tanks, and processing equipment with raw materials as directed. Monitor temperatures, pressures, levels, and other process parameters. Perform routine equipment checks and report operational issues. Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately. Move raw materials and finished products using material handling equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Assist with plant housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with management and fellow operators to meet production goals. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial experience preferred. Black Seal Boiler License preferred, but not required. PSC is willing to train the right candidate. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to work safely around chemicals, heated equipment, and industrial machinery. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
