We are hiring Chemical Operators at multiple experience levels to support our manufacturing operations. This posting covers Chemical Operator, Advanced Chemical Operator, and Senior Chemical Operator roles across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts . com/careers Chemical Operator Best for:
Candidates new to chemical manufacturing or early in their career Typical requirements: High school diploma or GED required 0 - 3 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred. Experience in chemical processing is a plus, but not required. Entry-level applicants with strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in operating production equipment, forklifts, and following SOP is desirable.
Advanced Chemical Operator Best for:
Operators with hands-on experience who can work independently Typical requirements: High school diploma or GED required 2 - 5 years of hands-on chemical or manufacturing environment, preferably with batch processing responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to follow complex procedures and independently adjust equipment based on process data. Experience coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, or Engineering teams to resolve operational issues. Experience with ERP systems, quality control testing, or preventive maintenance is a plus. Proven track record of safety, reliability, and consistent execution of standard work. Prior experience in operating mixers, reactors, or filtration equipment in accordance with GMP and EHS standards.
Senior Chemical Operator Best for:
Highly experienced operators who lead by example Typical requirements: High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of hands-on chemical manufacturing experience, including equipment ownership, and batch ownership. Demonstrated leadership in guiding peers, supporting new hire training, and reinforcing standard operating procedures. Experience coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, or Engineering teams to resolve operational issues. Strong understanding of safety systems, work permits, and area readiness for concurrent activities. Prior exposure to autonomous maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, or shift leadership preferred. Shift Availability We currently have limited openings across the following shifts: 1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Shift availability will be discussed during the interview process and based on role level.
