Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the chemical industry, is seeking a Control Room Operator
  • Nights to join their team. As a Control Room Operator
  • Nights, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Flaking team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

7:00 pm
  • 7:30 am, 2-2-3 rotation schedule (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat).
This schedule includes working every other weekend. What's the Job? Operate and monitor all equipment necessary to ensure continuous and efficient production of supersacks in the Flaking department. Inspect materials and products for defects, ensuring conformance to specifications. Record production and operational data accurately. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area and machinery. Support continuous improvement activities and adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies. What's Needed? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse settings. Forklift experience, preferably with stand-up and reach trucks. Basic computer skills for navigating operational systems. Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. What's in it for me?
