Full Job Description Travel Sterile Processing Technician Cleveland, OH Shifts:

Your attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and understanding of sterile processing techniques will contribute to the success of our healthcare team. Sterile Processing Technician Responsibilities:
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Assemble and package surgical instrument trays and sets Follow proper aseptic technique to prevent infection Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure sterile supplies are readily available for surgical procedures Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the handling and disposal of hazardous materials
Sterile Processing Technician Qualifications:
Must be certified Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge Strong understanding of sterile processing techniques and procedures Knowledge of physiology to understand the purpose and function of surgical instruments Ability to operate sterilization equipment effectively and safely Attention to detail to ensure proper cleaning, assembly, and packaging of surgical instruments Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals #INDHS
