These positions entail direct employment with the client that offers exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential. Our Growing Columbus Area Company is looking for a Motivated Chemical Operator. The Chemical Operator is responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining chemical production processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM•7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule and requires flexibility for additional shifts as needed. Initial training may be conducted during the day shift. Great opportunity for Growth and Advancement!
PAY:
$25•29+/hr
SHIFT:
12-hour Rotating Shifts (7:00 PM•7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and adjust chemical production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Measure, mix, and handle chemicals according to safety and procedural guidelines. Operate and maintain processing equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Perform quality control checks and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, with prior chemical manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs. Basic computer skills for data entry and process monitoring. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
