Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Chemical Operator for our 3rd shift team in Columbus, Ohio. Observe and monitor chemical reactions and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Adjust operational parameters as required to maintain product quality. Follow directions from supervisors and control laboratories to ensure adherence to prescribed processes. Draw product samples for laboratory analysis and maintain detailed production logs. Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of chemical processes and manufacturing techniques. Proficient in operating reactors, mixers, pumps, valves, and other plant machinery. Competent in computer data entry for batch runs and chemical usage. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment screenings. Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in chemical processing or manufacturing is strongly preferred. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Union membership required after 30 days of employment. Attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork. Problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability. Strong physical stamina and time management skills. Why Work Here?
