• + Set up and maintain
• injection molding machines
• , including process adjustments and troubleshooting + Perform
• first article inspections (FAI)
• and ensure product quality standards are met + Identify and resolve
• molding defects
• to maintain efficient production + Work with
• robotics, EOAT, and hot runner systems
• to support automated manufacturing
• Candidates for Process Technician II must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• + Experience in
• plastic processing / injection molding
• (3+ years preferred) + Ability to perform
• first article inspections and troubleshoot molding defects
• + Hands-on experience with
• EOAT, take-out robots, and hot runner controls
• + High School Diploma or GED required
