For more information please visit www.andersonsinc.com. This position is responsible for the daily plant operation functions associated with the production of fuel ethanol and associated co-products. Key Responsibilities Perform processing functions in the cook distillation energy center and/or distributed control system DCS areas of ethanol production with assistance Perform activities relating to processing functions such as corn grinding and cook operations yeast and fermentation quality control yeast distillation evaporation dryer and boiler operations Monitor production processes and adjust equipment settings or raw materials inputs as directed to ensure the optimal efficiency in the production process Perform general product sampling lab testing document results and report findings to crew leadership and/or laboratory personnel Maintain documentation and record key production data as directed Operate various types of mobile equipment Perform general housekeeping tasks What is expected of you and others at this level Has basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process Works within clearly defined standard operations procedures and or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines Works with close supervision Competencies Expected of You and Others at This Level Customer Focus- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Collaborates

- Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred 0-2 yearsâ relevant experience required Basic computer operation and data entry skills Ability to operate mobile equipment and/or a valid driverâs license preferred Previous production experience preferred Physical Requirements and Working Environment Work is performed in a 24x7 Ethanol production facility Production team works 12-hour shifts; two small crews scheduled per day includes a day and night shift.
