Job Description

Electropolish Technician Steris Corporation $24.70. This position is eligible for bonus participation. paternal leave, paid time off, short term disability, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, Ohio, Mentor May 22, 2026 Position Summary Electropolish Technician will performs finishing operations utilizing electropolish process while maintaining chemical solutions and waste water treatment system in accordance with established procedures. What You'll do as a Material Electropolish Technician Determine and monitor chemical composition (i.e. ph balance). Checks and maintains chemical solutions in the factory and waste water treatment system. Maintains and understands chemistry of Electro Polish line. Follows standard work instructions and always follows safety regulations and requirements. Required to put grain structure in base material. Follows standard work instructions and always follows safety regulations and requirements. Reports any unusual activity to Team Lead. Maintains lifting system and cathode equipment. Supports, trains and trouble shoots with EP Operators as well as perform those duties. Must be able to lift 45Lb overhead and use step ladder as well as hand grinder.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed Required:
High School Diploma or GED. 5 years of Manufacturing/Warehouse-related experience. 2 years of experience working in a solid metal fabrication/machining environment.
Other:
May be expected to move, carry, and lift approximately 25-50 pounds. Must have basic math and computer skills. Must have troubleshooting skills. Must use attention to detail. Must understand the chemistry of the Electro Polish line and identify, troubleshoot, and correct defects. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
