Batch Technician - New Albany At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Batch Technician to work with a leading candle manufacturing company in New Albany. This role is responsible for producing wax batches in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner while maintaining detailed production and inventory records. Shift Patterns Sunday to Thursday 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM Pay Rates 21.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Batch Technician Can you describe your recent manufacturing or production experience and any mixing, batching, or material handling responsibilities? What steps do you take to maintain a safe and organized workspace? Role for Batch Technician Follow batch sheets and standard formulas to accurately measure and combine wax components. Maintain precise production and inventory records for all materials used. Monitor equipment condition and ensure the workspace remains clean and organized. Collaborate with supervisors to anticipate production needs and manage inventory levels. Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
