We're looking for Chemical Operators who take pride in their work, show up for their team, and want to be part of something that truly matters. In this role, you will: Operate chemical processing equipment safely and accurately Monitor systems, solve problems, and help maintain consistent quality Follow safety and environmental standards every step of the way Keep clear, detailed logs and communicate effectively with your team Support a workplace where everyone looks out for each other Work mostly days, but have the ability to cover night shift as needed You'll be a great fit if you: Take safety seriously Are reliable and willing to learn Can think on your feet and stay calm under pressure Work well with others and communicate openly Believe in BLEACHTECH's mission of stewardship and accountability Experience in industrial or chemical operations is helpful but we're ready to train individuals who bring the right attitude and work ethic.
