Twinsburg, OH (On-Site)
Schedule:
1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM A day in this role At 6:00 AM, you arrive on the production floor and connect with the Production Manager/Supervisor to review the day's plan. Your morning begins by staging the correct raw materials and packaging — verifying quantities, moving them to the right production area, and noting both the start and finish of each preparation step. As the line comes up to speed, you operate processing equipment strictly according to established procedures and work instructions, keeping an eye on run rates so the process stays on target. Mid-shift, you perform initial product testing. If results meet specifications, you complete the release so production can continue without interruption. You verify that labels and packaging components match requirements and apply labels in compliance with current rules. When product is ready, you package it to H.B. Fuller quality standards and prepare finished goods for the next stage. Throughout the day, you maintain housekeeping in your area, follow all quality expectations and operating procedures, and work safely by adhering to all legal and company EHS rules. As priorities shift, you take on additional tasks requested by the Production Manager/Supervisor. What you'll do Prepare raw materials and packaging; confirm correct quantities, transport to designated areas, report deviations, and record process start/finish. Operate processing equipment per instructions and procedures. Monitor equipment and sustain desired production run rates. Conduct initial product testing and release conforming product. Verify labels and packaging; ensure accurate, compliant labeling. Package finished products to H.B. Fuller quality standards. Work in full compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, and company EHS rules. Maintain housekeeping in assigned area. Perform additional duties as directed by the Production Manager/Supervisor. Minimum requirements High school diploma, GED, or basic educational degree. Familiarity with common software (MS Office). Ability to read and interpret work orders, production processes, safety regulations, and quality procedures/instructions. Willingness and availability to work shifts. Preferred 1 year of experience in an industrial environment. Understanding of basic English. Physical demands and environment Prolonged standing; frequent walking and stair climbing. Manual handling of boxes; frequent reaching, stooping, and bending. Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with assistance. Work under typical chemical environment conditions (temperature, dust, smell, and noise within normal ranges).
