Job Description

RecoveryFactor is an oil field service company based in Kearney Ne, specializing in the application of polymer gels to improve well efficiency. Work locations are generally in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. We are looking for a day shift field technician to operate and manage pumping equipment. Oil and gas industry experience is not required but helpful. A background in farming and/or automated industrial equipment is also a plus. Pay range of $20-$24/hour depending on experience and skill set. Automatic additional $1/hour for candidates with class A CDL, air brake endorsement not require. We welcome all possible candidates, we will train you and provide supervisor support. Education High School Diploma Qualifications and Skills Valid drivers license and clean driving record Communication skills Basic math skills Mechanical aptitude Basic electrical knowledge is a plus but not required Self motivated, able to manage and prioritize daily tasks Able to take initiative and make decisions when necessary Able to lift 70 lbs Duties Include Rigging up and rigging down of pumping equipment Start up and operation of pumping and mixing equipment Monitor pumping process equipment for proper operation Record injection data and report to supervisors Maintain chemical balance, compare actual chemical usage to designed usage Field sampling and lab testing Maintain equipment and report any suspected issues. Alert supervisor of the need for additional spare parts or tools.
Pay:
$20.75 - $24.00 per hour
