We are seeking a Senior Production Operator to support a global Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) specializing in GMP micronization and milling for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. This position supports day-to-day pharmaceutical processing and material handling in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cGMP documentation. Responsibilities Operate and oversee processing equipment used in pharmaceutical production Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP standards to ensure compliance and quality Perform equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities Record production data, material usage, and any deviations accurately Support material receipt, storage, and inventory control processes Prepare raw materials for production and assist with internal material transfers Assist with weighing, labeling, and packaging of finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production and warehouse environment Work cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams Adhere to rotating shift schedules, including occasional weekend coverage Support additional operational tasks as needed Requirements High school diploma with 5+ years of GMP manufacturing experience, specifically in granulation, milling, or compounding processes, or a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemical Engineering or similar Technical or vocational training is a plus Prior experience in regulated pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environments preferred Forklift or material handling experience is a plus Ability to work in a controlled or cleanroom environment and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes #M3 #
