Manufacturing & Process Technician I 3D Printing

Description

• Has strong impact in day-to-day operation at Corporate Technology Center prototype services team. o Drives for excellence in providing 3D printing service to internal customers with speed, quality and reliability. o Strives to follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for process and tolerance control.
• Performs the set-up, changeover, and efficient flow of materials of all process steps involved in AM manufacturing and post processing with minimal supervision.
• Performs activities involved in AM related machine and chemical process control as per approved procedures/work instructions.
• Resolves complex situations, issues, and tasks under senior team members and engineers.
• Frequently interacts with internal customer to understand design objective, acceptance requirement, and timeline.
• Maintains and adheres to all appropriate specifications, EH&S, and customer requirements. Skills cad software, spaceclaim, 3D printing Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing operations experience.
• High School diploma or related local equivalent required.

Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
