Position:

We are seeking a Lease Operator to support oil & gas production operations in the Ohio basin. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing well performance while ensuring safe and efficient daily operations. Lease Operator will have Knowledge and Ability to Perform the

Following:

• Monitor and operate producing wells (primarily plunger lift systems)
• Ensure well performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Conduct basic maintenance on equipment as needed
• Respond promptly to call-outs within assigned coverage area
• Production software for monitoring and reporting
• Accurately document production data and required report
• Perform routine lease checks and record production data
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues
• Work with surface equipment, tanks, and production facilities
• Assist with basic compression systems as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior lease operator or oilfield production experience preferred
• Basic understanding of artificial lift systems (plunger lift a plus)
• Some compressor knowledge is a plus but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
