PRODUCTION OPERATOR

(m/f) Role We are recruiting a Production Operator to join a pharmaceutical company operating in a regulated, organized, and quality-driven environment, at Rio de Mouro. Responsibilities Perform production activities (such as drying, trimming, packaging and related operations). Operate production equipment according to approved procedures. Strictly comply with GMP, quality, safety and hygiene standards. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Clean and sanitize production rooms, utensils and equipment. Accurately complete production documentation and records. Perform daily verification of room conditions (temperature, humidity, equipment). Collaborate with other departments to meet production plans. Identify and report deviations or operational issues. Requirements Minimum 1 year's experience in an industrial chemical production environment (preferred). Knowledge of GMP and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing (valued). Good understanding of health and safety industry standards. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Ability to follow strict procedures. Teamwork skills.
