In this role, you will operate photolithography equipment, inspect products under microscopes, and ensure all work meets quality and production standards. Training may be provided for candidates with related manufacturing experience. Qualifications Manufacturing, cleanroom, or electronics experience preferred (photolithography experience is a plus) Ability to use microscopes and basic measurement tools Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual inspections Comfortable working with chemicals while following safety guidelines Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Key Responsibilities Perform daily operations including equipment setup, cleaning, coating, exposing, developing, stripping, and inspection Properly set up and operate alignment machines Inspect photomasks and products using microscopes to identify defects Identify and report equipment or process issues Safely use, handle, and dispose of corrosive and hazardous chemicals Cleanroom environment Use of PPE and adherence to strict safety procedures #
