You will operate process equipment, monitor production, and complete required documentation to ensure quality and compliance. This position requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while adhering to strict safety standards. Entry-level associates will be trained in chemical processing and material handling while rotating across shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate process equipment and computer systems to manufacture chemical batches
• Handle, mix, and package chemical products up to 50 lbs.
• Perform basic chemical testing and monitor production processes
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and batch documentation
• Follow safety procedures and participate in plant safety initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and wear a respirator
• Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems)
