We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized chemical manufacturing equipment and adhere to strict quality and safety standards while working in a collaborative, team-based environment. This position requires flexibility for rotating swing shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and control process equipment such as reactors, dryers, hoppers, packaging machinery, valves, and vents Load and stage raw materials for production equipment and production areas Perform weighing operations, accurately recording gross and net weights Package intermediates and final products using automated and manual equipment Follow batch sheet SOPs, ensuring compliance with specified cycle times, temperatures, flow rates, weights, and raw material requirements Operate computer and control room systems to direct processes and personnel Conduct housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, in line with Quality Standards and OSHA regulations Perform quality control sampling of in-process materials Requirements:
Availability for rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow written instructions in English Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) preferred Previous forklift experience preferred Comply with OSHA standards (including wearing a respirator, confined space, and lockout/tagout procedures) Working Conditions:
Occasional exposure to outdoor elements Regular exposure to varying temperatures and moving mechanical parts Frequent work around chemicals and related process environments Benefits:
