Job Description

Chemical Process Operator Manufacturing/Production Rock Hill , South Carolina Start your new career as a Chemical Process Operator with MAU at AquaSol in Rock Hill, SC. As a Chemical Process Operator, you will support chemical production and packaging processes, ensuring accurate batching, quality control, and safe handling of materials in a manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity (eligible for permanent hire after 520 hours).

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch card processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to use proper PPE and follow safety protocols Good housekeeping and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to cross-train in packaging and production areas What You'll Do as a
Chemical Process Operator:
Operate bagging equipment to package finished chemical products Fill bags, drums, pails, and totes to correct weight specifications Label, palletize, and prepare products according to production plans Record production data and complete required documentation Communicate shift updates and operational issues with team members Assist shipping and other departments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area
Chemical Process Operations:
Follow batch cards to mix and process chemical products Prepare and add raw materials to mixers and dryers Monitor drying processes and test product moisture levels Transfer finished batches and submit samples for quality control Maintain continuous production flow by starting new batches as needed
