Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. Position Overview The Production Operator III operates, monitors, and troubleshoots manufacturing equipment to meet safety, quality, and output targets. This role follows standard work instructions and supports continuous improvement activities. The position collaborates across teams to ensure efficient, compliant production. Primary Responsibilities Operate and adjust equipment to meet daily output targets Perform setup, changeovers, and minor repairs within defined procedures Monitor process parameters; record data accurately and on time Conduct in-process quality checks and escalate deviations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S) Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and PPE requirements Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives Train and mentor operators as assigned
Minimum Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
3+ years in manufacturing or process operations
Skills:
Ability to read SOPs, use basic measurement tools, and enter data
Certifications:
Ability to meet site safety training and equipment qualifications
Work Authorization:
Authorized to work without sponsorship
Preferred Requirements Education:
Technical certificate in manufacturing or maintenance
