ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Cartridge Production Technician to join our team at our Austin, Texas location. In this role, you will be responsible for producing the consumables that power the post-processing of 3D-printed parts — playing a key role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality products they depend on. This is a permanent part-time position, working approximately 25 hours per week, ideally Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manufacture and prepare consumables (color cartridges and related products) for internal and external customers as your primary function. Pick, pack, and process consumable orders accurately and on time. Manage workflow efficiently to meet order deadlines and fulfillment targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards. Operate and maintain Cartridge Production equipment, ensuring proper upkeep and cleanliness. Support the Production Manager with raw material inventory tracking and replenishment needs. Handle raw materials safely, including chemical transfers and first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation. Assist with waste management procedures, including emptying and processing IBC tanks. Collaborate cross-functionally to support general operational and office needs as required. Report directly to the Production & QC Manager.
WHAT YOU BRING
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical vocational training, a relevant certification, or an associate degree is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or task-driven environment preferred — but we welcome motivated entry-level candidates eager to grow. Strong attention to detail with a careful, methodical approach to tasks that supports accurate and efficient order flow. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain daily production logs, and consistently meet output targets. Solid organizational and time management skills with a structured approach to prioritizing work. Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Reliable, quality-conscious, and a genuine team player who takes pride in their work. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
COMPENSATION
This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, structured to reward high performance. Exact OTE will be shared during the interview process based on experience and location.
