Production Reports to: Production Engineer Summary En Solución Inc. is hiring an Electrical Production Technician to support the assembly, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of our ozone nanobubble systems at our North Austin facility. This role will work closely with production and engineering to build and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical subassemblies, maintain accurate build documentation, support CAD updates, and help ensure every system leaves the floor ready for installation and commissioning at customer sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across electrical, mechanical, and documentation tasks. CAD experience and knowledge of CAD design are required. Onshape experience is preferred, but SolidWorks experience is adequate. Responsibilities Assemble electrical, electronic, and electromechanical subassemblies for ozone nanobubble systems. Perform soldering, crimping, splicing, cable management, connector installation, and other hands-on electrical assembly tasks. Use multimeters and other basic test equipment to verify continuity, voltage, polarity, sensor function, and proper system operation. Support system-level assembly, including integration of electrical components with mechanical frames, manifolds, tubing, pumps, and control hardware. Follow SOPs, BOMs, work instructions, CAD drawings, and production travelers to produce consistent and repeatable builds. Record serial numbers, part revisions, test results, wiring changes, build notes, and quality checks accurately. Assist with troubleshooting electrical, firmware, sensor, wiring, and assembly issues during production and testing. Maintain and update CAD models, drawings, assemblies, and production documentation as designs evolve. Support CAD-based design reviews, part fit checks, enclosure layouts, bracket designs, and assembly improvements. Pick, kit, stage, and organize electrical and production parts; alert the team to shortages or documentation gaps before they block builds. Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks; identify, document, and rework minor issues to meet production standards. Keep the production area clean and organized, follow tool and PPE safety requirements, and contribute ideas for improving build quality and efficiency. Requirements CAD experience and working knowledge of CAD design required; Onshape preferred, SolidWorks acceptable. Hands-on experience with electronics, electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, crimping, or related technical work. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, build sheets, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and basic schematics. Comfortable using common hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and basic shop equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists, SOPs, and documentation requirements. Methodical, organized, and able to produce consistent work across repeated builds. Clear communicator who can work effectively with production, engineering, and operations teams. Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site Monday through Friday. Basic computer literacy for CAD, documentation, inventory, build logs, and production tracking. Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise; able to stand for extended periods. Preferred Experience in electronics manufacturing, product assembly, robotics, embedded systems, field service, maintenance, or fabrication. Experience with Onshape, SolidWorks, or other engineering design tools. Familiarity with PCB handling, sensor wiring, low-voltage DC systems, control panels, or embedded hardware. Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, or other electronics test equipment. Familiarity with AC wiring, DC circuits, pumps, solenoids, relays, sensors, and industrial control components. Ability to read simple electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, line diagrams, P&IDs, or mechanical drawings. Experience with 3D printing, prototyping, brackets, enclosures, fixtures, or production tooling. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git/GitHub, or similar technical documentation and collaboration tools. Experience with inventory tracking, kitting, material flow, or production workflows. Forklift or pallet jack experience or certification. Work Schedule and Environment On-site at our Austin, Texas production facility working within a small team (<5 in production). Typical Monday-Friday business hours, with potential additional hours during deadlines or large builds. The role includes hands-on assembly, testing, documentation, CAD support, and production-floor work. Clean, organized shop environment with standard PPE provided. Compensation and Benefits Full-time salaried position with annual compensation of $40,000-$45,000 depending on experience. Medical and dental benefits. Paid vacation. Paid family leave.
