Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Processing Technician Lead is responsible for leading daily processing operations including blending, batching, filtering, transferring, and product preparation in accordance with approved formulas and company specifications. This role ensures production schedules are met, oversees inventory accuracy and bulk material handling, and provides final approvals prior to bottling. The Lead serves as a floor leader—training and guiding Processing Technicians, supporting the Processing Supervisor, and driving safety, quality, and operational efficiency across the processing function.
Seeking the following shifts:
Shift A works Sunday
- Tuesday (6:00AM
- 6:00PM) and Wednesdays (6AM
- 12PM). Shift B works Sunday night
- Tuesday night (6:00PM
- 6:00AM), and Wed (6PM
- 12AM Thur). Shift C works Thursday
- Saturday, (6:00AM
- 6:00PM) and Wed (12:00PM
- 6:00PM). Shift D works Thursday
- Saturday nights, (6:00PM
- 6:00AM), and Thur (12:00AM
- 6:00AM).
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day processing activities to support bottling schedules Execute and oversee blending, batching, filtering, and transferring processes Review and verify inventory readings; support bulk receiving and material tracking Document blending volumes and coordinate with the laboratory for product approval Provide final product approval prior to bottling Train, coach, and support Processing Technicians on processes and best practices Serve as a point of escalation for processing-related issues on the floor Support the Processing Supervisor with scheduling, troubleshooting, and workflow coordination Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment

Qualifications/Requirements:
Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team development skills Decision-making and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize and execute effectively High level of accountability and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven with a focus on operational excellence Process management and continuous improvement (TQM / Six Sigma preferred) Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting Fast-paced, hands-on environment Requires adherence to all safety and PPE requirements
Qualifications Required:
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Good vision and manual dexterity At least 21 years of age High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience with processing and batching activities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Strong analytical and technical skills Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
Proven record of successful leadership Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG) 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance Ability to operate industrial equipment as required Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, etc. Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions Ability to work in wet and humid conditions Moderate noise level work environment Strong attention to detail Regular, reliable in-person attendance Ability to work 8-hour shifts Ability to work overtime as needed
