Job Description

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Production Process Lead paying up to $32 per hour with 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Job duties:
Lead and support production team activities by assisting with daily workflow coordination, training, and communication between employees and management. Monitor and maintain production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery, equipment, and production systems. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and adjustments to process equipment as needed. Assist with machine setups, startups, and process adjustments for injection molding equipment. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and resolve production bottlenecks. Ensure accurate documentation of production data, including output, downtime, scrap, and maintenance logs. Promote and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in the development and testing of new production processes or products. Help maintain inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to support uninterrupted production. Serve as a resource for operators and technicians by providing guidance and technical support on the production floor.
Requirements:
. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a lead role. Strong technical knowledge of injection molding production equipment, process optimization, and troubleshooting, including scientific molding, such as decoupled molding methodology, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Syteline preferred Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus. #IND456

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
