Job Description

Lease Operator We are seeking an onshore A / B Lease Operator's with production operations experience in the oil and gas industry to become part of our team. A successful candidate will be a team oriented, safety minded individual who possess knowledge and experience of all aspects of oil and gas operations, and the skills required to maintain a safe and operational facility.
Schedule & Location:
Work schedule of 14 & 14 -
West Texas Duties:
  • Main job duties will be in field setting with hands on plant environment.
  • H2S training and experience a must as this is a high H2S facility.
  • Operates, monitors, tests, and maintains all process equipment and safety devices from wellhead to point of sale and/or storage
  • Operates, maintains and repairs all facility equipment on a daily basis including but not limited to: material transfers incoming and outgoing, good housekeeping, parts and material storage, record/document keeping
  • Monitors the performance of wells and process equipment to maximize recovery of production; Calculate well rates, complete well tests, and report production data
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience on land lease oil & gas projects
  • Clean MVR and ability to operate customer vehicles.
Preferred:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
