Job Description

Monitor and maintain oil and gas production facilities Perform daily well checks and production rounds Operate and troubleshoot gas lift systems Monitor and maintain ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) systems Inspect separators, treaters, tanks, compressors, and production equipment Record production data and maintain accurate field reports Identify and respond to production issues and equipment failures Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, and operational procedures Communicate effectively with production foremen, field supervisors, and support personnel Minimum 5 years of Lease Operator or Production Operator experience Strong knowledge of oil and gas production operations Experience with gas lift systems required Experience with ESP systems required Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues independently Experience with production reporting and field documentation Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship Crosby Energy Services is seeking an experienced Lease Operator for operations in the Pecos / Fort Stockton area. The ideal candidate will have a strong production background and be experienced in the daily operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of oil and gas production equipment. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, maintain safe operations, and effectively manage assigned production routes and facilities.
