This role follows standard operating procedures with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities include operating equipment, completing work orders, and maintaining a continuous production flow. Attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures are essential for success. Responsibilities Operate and maintain production equipment, including: Calibrating equipment Completing daily startup checks before operation Performing minor repairs Troubleshooting equipment programs and hardware Identifying root causes of process failures Program new automated equipment Modify existing programs, recipes, and configuration files Back up system programs Qualifications & Requirements Vocational certification or Associate's degree required
Required Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in assembly processes and equipment Basic computer skills for reporting daily activities Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, hammers, socket sets, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
Preferred Experience:
3+ years as an Equipment Technician in a manufacturing environment Experience with soldering, microscopes, electro-mechanical tools, and measurement devices Familiarity with programming languages or automated machinery
