Full-Time Operator

Job Overview We are hiring a full-time operator for Greasezilla facilites in the southeast and beyond. We currently have job openings in Richmond, VA. We are looking for someone who can run equipment, monitor process conditions, and keep things moving day-to-day. Candidates should be comfortable around equipment and interested in learning our process for the separation of grease trap waste and the production of brown grease. Experience in wastewater or production facilites is recommended. Duties ○Operate and maintain receiving and processing equipment. ○Monitor safety and environmental protocols. ○Manage daily intake and output logs. ○Perform basic repairs, maintenance and cleaning. ○Coordinate with & supervise part-time operators. More about the Greasezilla Process & Equipement Greasezilla is a thermal process that separates grease trap waste into water, solids, and brown grease. Brown grease is a valuable feedstock for biofuel production. You'll be working with an integrated process system that combines screening, filtration, heated tanks, and automated controls. The system uses valves and instrumentation to manage flow, temperature, and material separation, giving operators hands-on involvement in keeping the process running smoothly.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
