Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise shift operations and team members Measure and mix materials with precision Maintain and optimize system parameters Collaborate with QC and R&D teams to ensure product excellence Safely load and offload chemicals Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Train and mentor team members

Work Schedule Requirement:

This role requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, alternating between: 1st

Shift:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (includes a 4% shift premium) All shifts are Monday through Friday .

Qualifications:
