Our team of Production Operators play a key role in our business, including visiting our various client locations in various states to provide emulsification services using our intellectual property.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Independently or with a small team, produce SōRSE Emulsion Products either nationally or internationally depending upon company need. Maintain and repair all production equipment: pumps, mixers, homogenizers, atomizers, evaporators, dryers, churns, valves, baggers, etc. Maintain and repair all support equipment: boiler, air-compressors, thermal storage units, condensers, vacuum pumps, air conditioning units, water meters, etc. Timely report daily work orders and production activity. Complete all work in a timely, precise, accurate, and safety-focused fashion. Report any equipment malfunctions to management promptly and persistently. Complete necessary paperwork and records fully and accurately. Store and upload all necessary paperwork to the outlined locations promptly. Properly sanitize processing equipment. Ensure proper product stacking, storage, identification, and labeling. Monitor the process for desired quality and quantity based on product standards. Travel up to a maximum of 75% of the time. Follow all established personal safety, food safety, environmental, and maintenance standards, and uphold all Company technical standards to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations. Engage our process improvement team when optimizations can be made. Respectfully interface with customers as a SōRSE brand ambassador during mobile conversion production. Effectively use Microsoft Office Suite. Use the company's inventory system to report material consumption. Use sound judgment to resolve issues and make process improvement suggestions. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, be attentive and approachable. Maintain a professional and productive relationship with management and co-workers. Qualifications:
Required:
3-5 years of mechanical, manufacturing, or maintenance experience (equivalent hands-on experience accepted in lieu of formal education). Tangible experience troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns in manufacturing production equipment. Ability to rapidly assess, analyze, and resolve complicated problems with little initial information or direction and with varying degrees of ambiguity. Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight and out-of-state travel. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal skills; attentive, approachable, and able to represent the SōRSE brand professionally with clients. Preferred:
Experience in food, beverage, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. Familiarity with production equipment such as homogenizers, evaporators, atomizers, and dryers. Forklift certification. Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment. Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and processing-area conditions. Ability to travel and perform on-site production work at client locations. Work Environment:
Work is performed in manufacturing and processing facilities, including mobile production at client sites. The role involves exposure to sanitation chemicals, cleaning agents, and food-processing conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in production areas. Pay:
