  • Full-time, Contract Travel Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) | 13-Week Contract | Washington We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) for a 13-week travel assignment at a nationally recognized Level I Trauma and Teaching Hospital.

Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of Sterile Processing experience Minimum 2 years of travel experience Level I and Level II Trauma experience required Active BLS Certification Active CBSPD or
HSPA/IAHCSMM
Certification EPIC experience required
Required Skills & Experience:
Decontamination, assembly, wrapping, and container systems Instrument tray assembly and sterilization processes Steam sterilization testing and monitoring Biological and chemical indicator testing Immediate Use Steam Sterilization (IUSS) High-Level Disinfection (HLD) Scope and probe reprocessing Flexible endoscope reprocessing Equipment documentation and quality control
Specialty Instrument Experience:
Orthopedic and Spine instrumentation Robotics (Da Vinci required) Ultrasound equipment processing Cardiac Neuro/Crani ENT Ophthalmology OB/GYN Urology General Surgery Laparoscopic procedures
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be comfortable with productivity expectations of 24 trays per shift Two professional references required at submission Minimal RTO; no RTO during the first two weeks of the assignment
