Job Description
We are looking for motivated Production Operators to assist our food production plant in
Big Bend, WI Hours:
Days- 6:00am
- 5:00pm, Monday
- Friday Nights
- 1:00pm
- 10:00pm, Monday
Friday Job Type:
Full-Time Full-Time Production Operator Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Work on a team to provide production and sanitation support. Maintain cleanliness of work areas to facility standards. Work on packaging line, to maintain efficiency of product timelines. Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company and government. Ability to work in all assigned areas of production including packaging; perform relief duties when required. Ensure that the Master Sanitation Schedule as well as environmental cleaning is consistently completed. Ensure that all documentation is completed and verified daily. Ensure all equipment and facility is properly cleaned per plant procedures and requirements. Work effectively as part of a team and display a positive attitude. Be cooperative and take initiative to ensure smooth operations. Perform other duties/projects as apparent or assignedFull-Time Production Operator Safety Responsibilities :
Work in a safe and responsible manner at all times, following all safety policies, procedures, and rules; Report unsafe observations or conditions to a supervisor or manager; Immediately report an injury or accident to a supervisor or manager; Meet all company requirements for training, including but not limited to Hazcom, Chemical Safety, Log Out/Tag Out, Confined Space, PPE, PIT, Ergonomics, etc.Full-Time Production Operator Requirements :
Experience within food production preferred High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work shifts, must be flexible to shift Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time Lift 50 lbs. repetitiouslyFull-Time Production Operator Benefits:
