Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The Process Technician will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of production techniques and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of production. Responsibilities Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes, identifying areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and best practices. Maintain accurate records of production data, including process parameters, yields, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the manufacturing process. Train new employees on process operations, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
