• 28 /hour pay 10% shift diff for 2nd and 3rd The Engineering Technician will optimize test processes, support new product introductions, and maintain testing equipment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support production in resolving process and equipment issues
• Perform daily preventive maintenance of SMT equipment
• Work with Field Service Support to resolve equipment issues and perform upgrades
• Fabricate and maintain manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and other tooling
• Compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment process and machine health
• Create profile boards, profiles, and set up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow ovens
• Perform machine calibrations and diagnostics
• Maintain PM software system, parts inventory, and order parts o Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• 1 year experience in a related field required
• Experience with SMT equipment preferred
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift/carry 25-50lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours. Reasons you should work for us:

Pay Details:
