As a 1st shift CNC operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM What's the Job? Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to manufacture parts to print specifications Load raw materials and monitor machine operations during production runs Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers What's Needed? Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed What's in it for me?
