Qualifications CNC G-code Programming Full Job Description CNC Operator Pay:
$30-35/hr based on experience + $4/hr shift differential
Shift:
2nd Shift We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a custom job shop environment specializing in fabricated and welded parts. This position involves machining small batch and custom orders with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills in a custom/job shop environment Machine fabricated and welded parts to specification Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Perform quality checks using measuring tools and inspection equipment Work on small-run and custom production orders Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
5-6+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Strong experience operating CNC Mills Experience working in a job shop or custom manufacturing environment Knowledge of G-code and M-code required Programming experience is not required, but candidates should understand machining codes and machine functions Ability to work independently and maintain tight tolerances Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled machinist looking for a long-term position with competitive pay and shift differential.
