We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and be proficient in operating various CNC machine mills and lathes. This role involves setting up, and running CNC equipment to produce high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards. Duties Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they are properly calibrated for optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Utilize basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions, tolerances, and angles. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure timely production and quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols. Skills Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and designs. Knowledge of machining processes and materials handling techniques. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. 2nd shift schedule is typically Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:45am.
