This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong machining experience who are looking for a long weekend schedule while still earning a full 40-hour paycheck. CNC Operator Schedule Friday - Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Paid for 40 hours while working 36 hours Overtime opportunities may be available CNC Operator Responsibilities Operate CNC lathe machines in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Perform tool changes and offsets as needed Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges CNC Operator Qualifications Previous CNC lathe operating experience required Experience working with tight tolerances Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus Experience machining materials such as titanium or stainless steel preferred
