The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Roeders, Arum, or similar machines and is comfortable working with zirconia, PMMA, and titanium premills. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain 5-axis CNC milling machines (Roeders) and Swiss-type lathes
- Load, run, and monitor milling jobs while ensuring high-quality output
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits as needed
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Calibrate and perform first-tier maintenance on Arum milling machines
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with CAM programmers and quality control to meet production goals Requirements
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience (5-axis preferred)
- Experience running Swiss-type lathes strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the dental or medical device industry
- Familiarity with Arum, Roeders, or similar milling equipment
- Basic CAM programming knowledge is a plus Compensation $23 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
