CNC Operator Denbright Dental Labs Burbank, CA Job Details Full-time $23 - $30 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program Career development plan Vision insurance 401(k) matching Professional development assistance Life insurance Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Industrial equipment troubleshooting Mechanical drawings Attention to detail Milling machines Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to run and maintain high-precision 5-axis CNC mills and Swiss-type lathes in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Roeders, Arum, or similar machines and is comfortable working with zirconia, PMMA, and titanium premills. Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain 5-axis CNC milling machines (Roeders) and Swiss-type lathes
  • Load, run, and monitor milling jobs while ensuring high-quality output
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits as needed
  • Perform first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
  • Calibrate and perform first-tier maintenance on Arum milling machines
  • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
  • Collaborate with CAM programmers and quality control to meet production goals Requirements
  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience (5-axis preferred)
  • Experience running Swiss-type lathes strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the dental or medical device industry
  • Familiarity with Arum, Roeders, or similar milling equipment
  • Basic CAM programming knowledge is a plus Compensation $23 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
