We partner with leading technology companies worldwide—and we're investing in even more state-of-the-art equipment. Why This Role? Shape production outcomes by setting up and operating advanced CNC lathes (and/or grinders) Program at the control and in Esprit to achieve exceptional precision Refine G-code/M-code at the machine to optimize cycle time and surface finish Own first article and in-process inspections to keep quality on spec Career Fit Questions Do you have proven lathe setup/operation experience in a precision environment? Have you programmed CNC turning with Esprit (or a similar CAM) and edited at the control? Have you worked on Mori Seiki or DMG platforms—or are you eager to? Are you fluent with blueprints/models, GD&T, and inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)? Schedule Designed for Balance 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM—giving you predictable afternoons and evenings. Core Competencies

Note:
This role is based in an ITAR-regulated facility.
California pay range:
