Responsibilities of CNC Tube Bending Operator:

This role involves setting up and operating NC/CNC and manual mandrel tube bending machines to produce stainless steel exhaust components Responsibilities include making precise bends, maintaining quality and tolerances, reading blueprints, selecting and adjusting tooling, and inspecting finished parts Additional duties include cutting and prepping tubing, troubleshooting machines, maintaining equipment, and supporting fabrication, TIG welding prep, and custom builds Wears approved personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, etc. Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead person or management.
