Responsibilities:

• + Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and production schedules. + Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during production runs. + Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards and production requirements. + Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel. + Maintain accurate production and quality records. + Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards. + Keep work area clean and organized according to 5S and housekeeping standards. + Collaborate with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to resolve production issues

• Job requirements:
• + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + High school diploma or GED preferred + Previous CNC lathe operation experience preferred + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + Knowledge of precision measuring tools and inspection techniques + Basic understanding of machining principles and CNC machine functions + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Reliable attendance and punctuality required + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly + Ability to perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noise and moving equipment + Manufacturing and production facility + Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots, and other required safety equipment + May require overtime, weekends, and flexible scheduling based on production demands + Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar CNC controls + Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes + Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) + Forklift certification a plus + Background check and Drug test required •Ready to take control of your work life?
