In this role, you'll help manufacture and repair hydraulic flight control actuators and manifolds used on both commercial and military aircraft. What You'll Be Doing Operate Mitsubishi 5-Axis Horizontal CNC Machining Centers equipped with CAT 50 tooling, laser tool setters, and touch probes. Machine precision aerospace components to exact specifications. Perform in-process inspections using hand measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Complete light deburring and finishing work as needed. Assist with final inspection activities using: Hexagon

DCC CMM J&L

Optical Comparator Surface plate layout equipment Support honing operations using a Sunnen Power Stroke honing machine. Assist with EDM machining on a Mitsubishi 4-Axis CNC Sinker EDM. Work closely with quality inspectors, machinists, and supervisors to ensure parts meet customer and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. What We're Looking For U.S. Citizenship is required due to ITAR-controlled military programs. Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read and follow work instructions and engineering documentation. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Trade school, vocational training, or coursework in machining/manufacturing. Previous CNC machining experience. Experience with aerospace manufacturing or inspection processes. Familiarity with CMMs, optical comparators, EDM, or honing equipment is a plus, but not required. Schedule No less than 40 hours per week. Overtime available
